We worked with the design and build team for the Independence, Missouri location of the Mexican restaurant, Los Cabos. We provided pre-construction planning and consultation to establish budgets. The owners wanted to have the restaurant near water in order to create a Hacienda-like atmosphere so we used our real estate contacts to find the perfect location.
The owners wanted the project to be a unique attraction that was special to the area. The project required a modern aesthetic while maintaining a Southwestern vibe. We made cost-effective material selections with a Southwestern color palette of vibrant yellows and oranges while incorporating touches of turquoise and copper.
