Shops of Sunnybrook

We were selected to be the lead contractor for the Shops of Sunnybrook in Olathe, Kansas. Our team provided pre-construction consultation which established timelines and budgets. We worked with the developer and architect to design and create their desired aesthetic. The design called for a wide variety of materials and finishes that required precision and a keen eye for detail. Each space in the shopping center had an entrance defined by a unique stone, brick or effice. The project ended up being built in two phases, enabling the developer to maintain the established budget. It also allowed the spaces completed in the first phase to be leased to tenants so that the building never sat empty. Once more spaces were filled, we began phase two of the project.
