AB Bradley was the lead contractor for an exterior remodel and complete interior rebuild of Joe’s Kansas City, a barbeque restaurant, located at 11723 Roe Ave. in Leawood, Kansas. We provided pre-construction consultation and worked closely with the owner to develop a project plan that assessed all of the necessary components such as site conditions, available utilities, structural systems and mechanical and electrical requirements. Once we agreed on a plan, we started the project.
Our team worked with the architect and vendors to make sure that quality and cost-effective materials were being ordered and delivered on time. We adhered to our proven practices and procedures not only to ensure that we stayed on target, but to deliver results that matched the quality standards of Joe’s Kansas City.
